Menu spec: Rewording "Core" category

Core: Important application, core to the desktop such as a file
manager or a help browser


This is very annoyingly worded. I honestly don't like that category at
all, but if it's there I don't know if it can be deleted. Could it be
reworded at least to something that's less.. invitingly broad?
