Hi guys

I barely remember what was decided last year during the summit, and I
didn't exactly follow what then ensued as for modifications to the
spec... so, currently, which document is correct regarding the opening
order of defaults.list and its many cousins?

This is the current code in LXQt and afaik, it's wrong.
