Cleaning of $XDG_CACHE_HOME and $XDG_CACHE_HOME/thumbnails

About 10G here, of which almost 5G is email, much of which would be
permanently lost if ~/.cache were to be cleared (e.g. from older email
providers). Probably i could move it somewhere else, but Evolution has
kept it there for a long time now. I've changed email providers several
times.

And some cached things that took several days to generate, that i'd
rather not lose randomly; i wrote the program that generated them, and
i wouldn't really mind doing some configuration, but i'd rather not be
taken by surprise.
