New `MimeType` fields in .desktop

Yeah so I can see this has been a problem for a lot of people over the
years, be it GIMP with various, LibreOffice with txt files (I remember
having this one once) or basically it could just happen with any program
having a bit of overlap file support with others while not being the ideal
default.

I wish it to be fixed too, but I don't really know what else I can do other
than argumenting more on my proposal, which I did quite a bit already. 🙂

Should I propose a merge request adding these new fields in the spec file?
I can even do this today or tomorrow if that would make things go forward.
