org.freedesktop.Application: Unclear licence & copyright

Hello,
I was recently asked to set the licence header on our
org.freedesktop.Application.xml file and realised it's not specified
anywhere. I opened a ticket and still don't know.

Would anybody know what's the licence of that xml snippet or in its
default the documentation files?
