xdg-utils 1.2.1 Release

Hi All,

xdg-utils 1.2.1 contains three bugfixes found following the 1.2.0 release:
* xdg-icon-resource: Fix for incorrect syntax
* documentation: Proper quoting of _MANUALPAGE and _USAGE sections.
* The version was not bumped from 1.2.0_beta in the internal scripts.
