[Xesam] Meaning of xesam:url

xesam:url would be an IMAP URL (RFC 5092) then. If it is a local server,
xesam:url shall be still a valid url, IMHO. Additional information about
the local server, and how to interpret the url, belong to other fields,
I believe.
