[Xesam] Last warning: List pf pending RC3 changes ready

A bit disappointed by the lack of feedback for the RC3 discussions I
went ahead and tried to pin down some decissions regarding the
upcoming changes to the Xesam Search spec RC3.

Unless people cry fowl the changes described on
http://xesam.org/main/XesamUpdates will be final. RC3 will be released
in this week if we don't get any blockers. The reason I push this a
bit hard is that I really want to have RC3 out in good time for the
hackfest, to give hackers some time to update their code to RC3 before
they head off for Berlin.

Note that Evgeny has fixed the bugs in the onto brought up my Michael,
so rest assured that those will make it into RC3.
