[Xesam] oscaf/xesam ontology merge: who is going to maintain/edit what?

If you can import/export issue tracker contents, then just do it. If not, then 
I guess the only sane way out is to set up a Trac instance on xesam.org which 
shouldn't be too much of a problem.

Looks like discussions have already started and we should keep documentation 
in one place...
