[Xesam] nepomuk tickets migration

A week in retard, I began to migrate NIE tickets from previous Nepomuk
tracker to the one on SourceForge's Trac. Due my very bad connection
I'm slow in this task, but with some patience everything may be done.

look an tell me if this is what was expected? I moved all comments
together the main ticket, so to maintain references and already done
