[Xesam] time to code

While in the previous threads lots of words have been spent around far future 
potential directions for Xesam 2.0, it is now time to put 1.0 in place.
A specification is useless without implementations, and also if 2.0 will be 
more or less incompatible it is also know that it will come in no less than 
one year: 365 days are a lot of time in Computers world...

Here, a brief list of already started actions (look up wiki and links for 
details):
- xesam-cli : commandline client suitable for usage in terminal and scripts. 
More options are in progress
- xesam-perl : Perl client-side binding for Xesam protocol. Yet very limited
- wiki page to collect ideas about new consumers implementations: feel free to 
populate
- Wikipedia pages :-P (both English and Italian, I've end my poor polyglot 
skills)

I've not intention to fill up this list with all future progress on exotic 
implementations (but if you like I can, perhaps on a timely basis...), this 
one is just to invite once developers to develop, users to use, creatives to 
create, and everyone to partecipate.
