[xliff-tools] New Transolution release

New development snapshot release available.
Some of the changes:
 * GUI now in English.
 * support for segmented xliff tu.
 * the id of tags are now shown in super script.
 * changing editor formatter support added.
 * segmentate_xliff.py script to sentence segmenting existing XLIFF files .
 * more XLIFF:s to play with.Bug fixes (an possibly some new bugs)
 * new fantastic about splash logo by Tobias Einarsson!
