[ANNOUNCE] pixman release 0.11.6 now available

A new pixman release 0.11.6 is now available. This is a development
release leading up to a stable 0.12.0 release. 

Notable news:

        - Support for new image formats with 10 bits per channel,
          including infrastructure to composite with 32 bit
          intermediate precision. (Aaron Plattner)

        - Fix for a bad memory leak. (Maximilian Grothusmann)
