[ANNOUNCE] xinput 1.4.0

Main features added to this version is support for listing and changing input
device properties.

Note that this release is also MPX/XI2-aware. XI2 is still undergoing changes,
so XI2 support is only enabled if you build it on a machine that's running
libXi from git.

      Require inputproto 1.9.99.5
      Require libXi 1.2 and inputproto 1.5.
      Fix wrong type conversion in listing Atom properties.
      Don't linebreak after listing a string or atom property.
      Add set-atom-prop to set properties containing other properties.
