[ANNOUNCE] xorg-server 1.7.6.902

One more RC for 1.7.7 which may just be the last of the 1.7.7 series. There
are a few more changes than expected. Most notably possibly the removal of
the XGE extension event (which didn't exist anyway). This should fix the
case where users of some drivers ran out of event opcodes.

Couple of crasher fixes and as usual a bunch of XQuartz changes.

I'm still working on getting the X Test Suite to get a full run against a
1.7 release without crashing the server. Close, but not there yet. It looks
like there's at least one more patch to come. So 1.7.7 is pending that
patch.
