[ANNOUNCE] libXpm 3.5.10

libXpm is the X Pixmap (XPM) image file format library.

This minor maintenance release includes compiler warning fixes,
build configuration improvements, and other janitorial cleanups.

      Strip trailing whitespace
      Assume C89 and just use const, not local Const macro
      Fix gcc -Wwrite-strings warnings that don't require public API changes
      sxpm: make ErrorMessage take const char * arg to fix -Wwrite-strings warnings
      closeness_cmp: maintain constness when casting pointers
      libXpm 3.5.10

      config: move man pages into their own directory
