Given Alan's point about 7.0 really being the logical place to break things as
opposed to 6.9, I propose disabling DPS in the imakery by default, and
striking it from the list of modules to create in 7.0.

In the unlikely event that someone feels really strongly about preserving DPS,
they are welcome to modularise it and host it on fd.o, but it won't be in the
7.0 tree.

If this sounds unreasonable, please make a compelling case for preserving DPS
by 27 April.
