           Summary: The Cursor Disappears
           Product: xorg
           Version: 6.7.0
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: major
          Priority: P3
         Component: Lib/Xcursor
        AssignedTo: xorg-bugzilla-noise at freedesktop.org
        ReportedBy: josh at crache.org

I have had my X.org server running for about 6 days without restart, and I
have noticed that around the 5th day the cursor began to disapear. It is a bit
of an annoyance so I will have to restart and see if that fixes the problem,
but here are the details:
Cursor is gone when inactive, when the cursor changes (to text, arrow, etc)
It will show, and immediatly disappear again unless I keep it moving. However,
even when movement is stimulated it only stays visible for one second longer.
It will only reappear upon change, and not movement.

I am using the latest Nvidia drivers, kernel 2.6.5, and slackware -current
with the x.org packages.
