Same here for Radeon 7500 (RV200 QW). Seems to be happening with only this 
specific chip. The chip seems to mostly be R100 compatible (the R200 code path 
does not work at all).

Glitches on e.g. with Bitstream Vera Sans Mono in konsole.
I also noticed glitches in several applications with smooth scrolling. As soon 
as you scroll a pixel at a time, the new lines are sometimes distorted. Often 
this does not happen, when you scroll larger chunks.
