[Bug 1163] Can't get lower resolutions than 1280x1024 and 1400x1050 on a ATI Mobility M4

I switch to x.org 6.8.1(from slackware current). Things look better, i don't
have to extend horizsync and vrefresh in order to have all the resolutions in my
xrandr list, but the big problem is always here, when i set a resolution lower
than 1280x1024, the display is completely messed up.
