Hope this is the right request in the right place, the right way.

Want to make sure that rw_RW is available and useable via X.org... I saw that
XFree86 had some locale files where rw_RW could be added, wanted to be sure that
X.org gets it added, too, if applicable.

Kinyarwanda is easily written via simple ASCII, like us-english. No special font
requirements or charset requirements. Can use the same fonts as english.
