Sorry about that.  Didn't notice when I was working on it.  Apparently it does
work with with a modular server.  I suspect you will need to remove static from
most (all?...don't have the code in front of me) of the functions in
savage_streams.c since most of them are called indirectly by SavageStreamsOn().
 Feel free to commit the fix, otherwise I'll get to it with my next check-in.
