Product: xorg
Version: 6.8.1
Platform: All
URL: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=144
624
OS/Version: Linux
Status: NEW
Severity: enhancement
Priority: P2
Component: Input/Keyboard
AssignedTo: xorg-bugzilla-noise at freedesktop.org
ReportedBy: nix at go-nix.ca
Please check out
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=144624
where I propose a modification to the xkb setup in order to allow one to emulate
"Insert" on Apple iBook keyboards that don't have such a key.
The thread includes a patch.
They have asked me to start this thread here so as to get the ball rolling
upstream. X.org is, of course, upstream from Fedora :o)
Thanks !
