With additional testing and adding the Option "NoAccel" to the xorg.conf file,
there is no problem encountered with changing from GUI to terminal then back to GUI.
Anyway, this problem seems to be effecting a lot of users with various versions
of  ati or radeon cards.

Most people seem to be adding the option to their xorg.conf files to prevent
repeatable server respawning from X failing without the option.

Basically, I believe this problem is effecting a lot of users for later versions
of X. (post FC3)
