RFE: xedit's print dialog should support font download modes, e.g. allow the
user to define which types of fonts are being used in the print jobs (e.g.
printer-resident fonts (=ROM fonts), downloaded fonts, bitmap fonts, scaleable
fonts, outline fonts etc.).
The neccesary client-side infratructure was added to the XprintUtils library
with bug 1706.
