I think bs_BA is being used in glibc as a locale name and so it might need to be
supported and in that context, the patchs look okay to me.
At the same time though, I'm not quite certain but wouldn't the locale name more
correct if we use "sh_BA" not "bs_BA"? I don't see "bs" two-letter language code
from ISO 639 but "sh" as the language code:
