According to the Library of Congress: 
http://www.loc.gov/standards/iso639-2/ 
There is Bosnian language listed along with 639-1 code "bs" and 639-2 code 
"bos". 
 
"This is the official site of the ISO 639-2 Registration Authority and thus is 
the only one authorized by ISO." 
 
I guess that the version of ISO 639 that you are using is outdated. Codes for 
Bosnian were included in the mid 1990ies.
