      Correct XKB data files path in man page
      renamed: .cvsignore -> .gitignore
      Bug 7841: setxkbmap man page doesn't describe all switches
      More man page cleanups (grammatical nits, etc.)
      Replace static ChangeLog with dist-hook to generate from git log
      Add rules for checking code with sparse/lint/etc.
      Minor code cleanups (remove unused static and opencoding of strdup)
      Use AM_CFLAGS instead of setxkbmap_CFLAGS to avoid automake-1.10 warning
      lint target needs to use AM_CFLAGS too
      Version bump: 1.0.4
