    Don't crash in DownloadFromScreen.
    
    With the latest xserver bits, we may not rely on pSrc->devPrivate.ptr
    to get the pixmap address in the framebuffer. Use exaGetPixmapOffset()
    instead.
    Also added a missing exaWaitSync().
