    vmware: Fix bootstrap related compile errors on earlier X servers

    Add support for XSERVER_PLATFORM_BUS
    
    Note that the vmware DriverRec declaration can be cleaned up
    considerably using C99 designated initializers. Perhaps something for
    the next release...
