The Compose files use dead_diaeresis to add DIALYTIKA to other
characters and dead_acute for TONOS.  Some alternate combinations, such
as diaeresis or quotedbl for dead_diaeresis and acute or apostrophe for
dead_acute also work after Multi_key, and <dead_diaeresis> <acute> will
get U+385 itself.
