[PATCH] exa: Split out some classic and driver allocated pixmap code into seperate files

I corrected the potential NULL pointer deref where the driver hook
DestroyPixmap is called with a NULL driverPriv. In case you're
wondering about that. I will not resend because it will end up being
queued again.
