[PATCH 0/2] RandR 1.2 VidMode gamma compatibility fixes

The following two patches fix some issues in the RandR 1.2 compatibility code
for the VidMode extension gamma functionality. See also
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=21642 .

Note that this compatibility code still only supports the VidMode gamma number,
not its gamma ramp functionality, limiting its usefulness for things like
screensaver fade effects. For the 1.7 release it might be nice to either add
compatibility code for the gamma ramp functionality as well or to completely
remove the VidMode gamma compatibility code for RandR 1.2 drivers again.
