Keysyms which alias Uxxx keysyms?

Bug 5107¹ asks for the inclusion of the keysyms:

because they exist in xfree86.

What is the consensus in such a case?

Should we add those to keysymdef.h, or is the consensus here that
no new keysyms should be added which alias Uxxx keysyms?
