[PATCH 0/2] EXA mixed pixmaps changes v2

This is the next iteration of the EXA mixed pixmaps changes, with most of the
scheme specific code moved to the respective files. I hope Dave and Maarten
like this better, I think it's actually a net removal of scheme specific code
from exa.c. :)
