Merged proto package

Twas brillig at 12:36:19 13.04.2010 UTC+02 when libv at skynet.be did gyre and gimble:

Not really, unless there are specific bugfixes.

If there is some bugfix critical for app/library foo in proto version
x.y, then foo should Build-Depends: x11proto-dev (>= x.y), otherwise it
will build/work fine with any version and don't need rebuilds when
protocol definitions are adjusted.

Nothing changes for distribution developers: previously they bumped
x11proto-foobar-dev build dependency, after merge they will bump
x11proto-dev dependency.
