Yeah, I'm not (currently) planning on changing those macros as I'm
trying to demonstrate a high level of source-level compatibility for the
changes I'm proposing. But, it's certainly possible for us to start
changing this, and I'd encourage it.

I will be making functions like dixLookupPrivate inline though; it's
awfully short now.
