protocol & driver releases needed for Xorg 1.9

According to the schedule posted on http://www.x.org/wiki/Server19Branch
we are now 10 days from the release of Xorg-server 1.9.

Looking through the modules with changes in git since their
last release, it looks like releases should happen in the
next week or two for these if they should go out with
Xorg-server 1.9:

glproto:
   Adam Jackson (1):
      Remove structure tag for xGLXHyperpipeConfigSGIXReq

   Ian Romanick (1):
      Update tokens for GLX_INTEL_swap_event to match final version of spec

   Luc Verhaegen (1):
      Sync glcore.h with mesa HEAD.

kbproto:

      Use the correct value for XkbAllAccessXEventsMask

renderproto:

(Those familiar with these protocols & drivers should step forward
 to do releases if possible, since you will best  know if they're
 ready - so I'll work on -keyboard & -mouse & x11proto.
 I've not checked the protocols to see if any of the changes
 only affect the client side and not the server.)

While there's lots of other proto & driver modules with outstanding
changes, they appear from the git log messages to be configure
or doc related and shouldn't affect the X server or driver builds as
much.  (We should still get them out, just don't necessarily need to
push to do it in the next week.  If your driver is one of those, and
you're ready to release, please go ahead.)
