[PATCH 0/2] DMX2 DIX merge

This merges the uncontroversial DIX bits of the DMX2 branch, which is
just fixing the Fixes and Composite extensions to behave sensibly when
Xinerama is active.  This is basically the same as what I posted before:

but updated to 1.9 and without the Render changes since NVIDIA kindly
beat me to it.

In the previous thread we spent most of our time talking about point
d (pixmap allocation for redirected windows), but that patch series
(and this one) don't implement that.
