Yes, I pushed it to the master branch of the X server, but the
development process seems to have changed since my time committing to
Freedesktop trees (mostly Mesa.) I assume the tree was then reset
afterwards.

I'll take some time to go over the new development model. In the
meantime, Keith (or anyone else) please feel free to push it.
