[PATCH] XKeysymDB: Add XF86WebCamFocus.

Some camera devices contain a two level camera button. When the button
is half way down, the camera is focused. When the button is fully
pressed, a picture is taken.

Two related key codes are defined in latest Linux kernel:
KEY_CAMERA 212
KEY_CAMERA_FOCUS 0x210

By default, KEY_CAMERA is mapped to XF86WebCam. However, there isn't a
good symbol for camera focus yet.

The keycode of KEY_CAMERA_FOCUS is currently higher than 255 so it
won't get through X server. However, this is a separate issue and I'd
like to be able to use this new symbol with other keycodes until high
keycode support is added into X.
