BTW, I guess you set up some script to do this work and would be nice to share
it. 

Also I saw Daniel on IRC some days ago asking Keith to delete fix-* from
xserver. Not sure about those in particular, but IMHO we should leave there
scripts for this kind of major changes, which is really helpful - maybe
xserver/scripts/ could be created.
