Holes in the Wikipedia articles are best fixed with good reference
material. Which mostly means someone with piles of old paperwork
getting it to someone with an urge to write the articles, if they
can't be bothered themselves.

But keep in mind, they are really best regarded as secondary and
tertiary sources!
