RFC: getting rid of Xalloc/Xfree/... in server

Not sure I ran it correctly, but anyway:

x11perf -compwinwin10 gives 2% increase (278000->285000).
x11perf -noop gives 3% increase (21500000->22200000)

Tested on Xephyr.
