[PATCH input-evdev] make: remove block comment no longer applicable

The comment implies there are numerous items left to do.
The definition of compiler/linker/libtool options
are usually not documented in the makefile.

Is there really anything left to do? The drivers have been working for years.
I would remove this comment from all 55 drivers.
