[PATCH] Adjust xf86-video-apm for upcoming Xv changes.

This patch is necessary for the patchset at:
http://lists.x.org/archives/xorg-devel/2010-November/014856.html

The reputimage hook is disabled when the updated API is used.
This course of action seems acceptable, as many drivers function
to some extent without a working reputimage hook.

Patch will be committed when reviewed and when server patchset makes
it in.
