[PULL] Xv Reput changes

Hi,

Luc reviewed the patches and fixed up the drivers. No one else has
bothered to comment on the patches so I can only conclude that
they're in good enough shape to go in.

The following changes since commit 23e3d1f23318ce69623f91908f888a09f8b74ac2:

  dix: remove now unnecessary !! before BitIsOn() (2010-11-26 11:05:50 +1000)
