Alan Coopersmith mentioned that the patch I had to fix #23324 left some ISC references behind. The first of these patches removes those ISC references, and adjusts the XLOCAL_DEFS define to remove ISC (the latter why I didn't merge the fix and it together). The second updates the xfree86 documentation to remove references to ISC local transport support.
