[PULL] [fdo/xorg/resourceproto] XRes 1.2 resource proto

Hello,

While processing my XRes 1.2 X-server implementation pull, Keith noticed 
that the resource proto, which is a dependency for the implementation, 
was not integrated. So here is the resource proto as a standalone pull 
request. Let's try the X-server integration again once this is in :).

The patch also ups the version number, so that applications (and the 
X-server) can properly depend on a newer version of resourceproto.
