Xorg building broken: xf86-input-evdev

... unless MULTITOUCH is defined. If it is defined,  it´s necessary to also provide mtdev (e.g.
http://bitmath.org/code/mtdev/mtdev-1.1.0.tar.bz2). After that xf86-input-evdev will build fine.

At least EvdevProcessAbsoluteMotionEvent(...) needs a fix as it references mt_mask
unconditionally whereas mt_mask depends on MULTITOUCH to be defined.
